WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY?
At Doodle.Pk, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to make our exchange and return process as flexible and convenient as possible. All items purchased from Doodle.Pk are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Exchange Period:
- All products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. We are committed to accommodating your requests within this timeframe.
- Condition of Items:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Any items that have been worn, used, altered, or washed will not be accepted for exchange.
- Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will need to cover the shipping costs for returning items at their own expense.
- Color Variations:
- Colors may slightly vary in some products due to screen resolution and settings. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
- Seasonal Stock Exchange:
- Summer stock will be exchanged with Summer items, and Winter items with Winter stock. If there is a price difference, customers will need to cover the additional cost. We are happy to assist in finding the best options available.
- Size and Measurements:
- To avoid measurement issues, please refer to our size chart in inches. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook.
- Return Process:
- Items purchased online can also be returned and exchanged at any Doodle.Pk outlet, subject to the terms and conditions outlined above. If you wish to return a product without any specific reason, delivery charges for the return will not be refunded.
- Instructions for Exchange:
- Ensure the items are in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Please include the original invoice or a copy of it with the returned items.
- Securely pack the items to avoid any damage during transit.
- Use a reliable courier service to send the items to the below address.

Once the items reach us, we will issue you a voucher via email which will be redeemable on your next purchase.
